We were there from Thurday till Saturday, Mr. Spence a voice mail and explained the situation. I aked for her supervior who she said was Sterling Spence and that he would be in Friday at 10:00am and connected me to his voice mail. She actually accused me of lying and said no one had ever complained before I asked her to come hear for herself and she told me she could not because she was on the other side of the hotel. Melissa was rude condensending and arrogant. We called customer service who switched us to Melissa (who later stated that she was the supervisor of reservations). We figured it will stop by 2 after all, it's a casino. We could hear music and the thumping of a base. In a casino with with so much alcohol, it seemed odd that they just could not get a bottle, but, we just ordered different drinks, no problem.After dinner and gambling, we returned to our room at about 11:30. After 10 minutes, our server informed us that they didnt have any. We ordered White Zinfandel which was on the menu. We arrived after work on Thursday and figured we would check in and grab dinner at the Cafe 500. Let me start by saying it is a shame because we have stayed here before and really like the hotel and casino.
